If you have a spare pair of joy cons laying around and don't want to pay for a brand new pair, you can save by changing the design of the joy cons you already have!
- Buyer is responsible for the costs of mailing the joy cons to us.
- Cost of return shipping is selected during purchase. Free standard domestic shipping within Canada.
- If you don't have the original packaging, Joy cons are best protected when shipped in a box, sealed in a waterproof bag, and wrapped in soft material like newspaper so they don't move around in the box.

Please note that these will be made to order and will take up to 15 business days to process and ship out after receiving your Joy Cons.
The period of warranty is as follows:
- Custom Joy Cons and Controllers - 3 month warranty
- Custom Consoles - 12 month warranty
Nerdish Warranty includes, though is not limited to:
- Sticking or non-responsive buttons
- Wireless and bluetooth issues
- Battery related problems
- Non-intentional damage
Please note that the following will not be covered under warranty:
- DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNREASONABLE USE;
- DAMAGE CAUSED BY USE OF THIS PRODUCT WITH PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS PRODUCT;
- IF THIS PRODUCT HAS HAD THE SERIAL NUMBER ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED;
- DAMAGE CAUSED BY OPENING OR SERVICE (INCLUDING UPGRADES AND EXPANSIONS) PERFORMED BY ANYONE WHO IS NOT A REPRESENTATIVE NERDISH GAMES
- The processing time for custom products is significantly longer than our ready to ship products. Processing time for custom orders varies, but they typically get shipped out between 2-4 weeks after purchase
- This category includes all design your own products, mail in customizations, repairs, and custom orders.
- We process most orders within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 3-5 business days of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Packages being shipped outside of Canada may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
