Absolutely! We buy the Joy Cons and Controllers directly from authorized sellers before customization.

Are the controllers new or used?

At this time, we only sell brand new controllers! We hope to sell refurbished controllers in the future and will let you know when we do so!

Do you customize consoles?

Yes we do! We only have listing for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite consoles at the moment, but if you have something else in mind feel free to contact us.

I have an idea for a customization. Do you take requests?

Can you fix my broken controller?

Do your controllers come with a warranty?

Absolutely! All of our controllers come with a 3 month warranty!
